Mount Majura
At 888 metres, Mount Majura is the highest peak in suburban Canberra. It provides habitat for a wide range of wildlife, including a number of threatened species, as well as various opportunities for recreation.

Mount Taylor
At 856 metres, Mount Taylor is a prominent hill in Southern Canberra. It provides habitat for a wide range of flora and fauna, including a number of endangered species.

Black Mountain
Following the tracks and service trails of Black Mountain, an Aboriginal guide will interpret the mountain's changing landscape since ancient times.

HALF DAY TOURS (3.5 hours)
Recommended for families with older children (12+ yrs). Involves getting in and out of vehicle at the various locations.
Various cultural sites in Canberra: Red Hill, Theodore & Lanyon Homestead
A driving tour where you will experience examples of Aboriginal occupation in the Canberra region. These include bush foods in Red Hill, grinding grooves in Theodore and both a canoe tree and shield tree at Lanyon. As the tour concludes at Lanyon Homestead, enjoy a sit down and perhaps a coffee/tea or a bite to eat at the cafe there.

Flea Creek (seasonal: Sept-March)
Surrounded by the Brindabella Mountains, Flea Creek campground is an idyllic creekside campsite in the valley near the Goodradigbee river, great for fishing and bird/wildlife spotting.
Highlights: Aboriginal interpretation of the landscape; artefacts and their traditional uses; wildlife; picturesque scenary and the opportunity for a refreshing swim.

Namadgi National Park (seasonal: Sept-March)
Namadgi makes up approximately 46% of the ACT's land area, with 160 kms of marked walking tracks. Namadgi is a local Aboriginal name for the mountains situated to the south-west of Canberra bordering Kosciuszko National Park in NSW. Aboriginal presence in the area has been dated to at least 21,000 years. There are numerous Aboriginal and European cultural sites in the park.
